Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. CC Skin Studio is not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or packages marked Delivered by the carrier. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees apply.

If your items arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

For safety reasons, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns on skincare products.
