After a long break from the esthetics industry Cecia entered back into the field in a brand new state. She got her California license and began practicing again. She worked part time splitting her days between motherhood and a local day spa.

After the pandemic in California made it difficult to work in the field of esthetics, Cecia’s family relocated to her home state of  Arizona where she decided it was time to start her own business. Arizona allowed for new modalities she couldn’t perform in California so she began training in treatments like microneedling so she could offer these services.

CC Skin Officially opened. She began seeing clients in a tiny little 75 square foot room where she rented part time from another esthetician. It was a small space but allowed her to build up a clientele and grow the business comfortably.

Cecia decided to get certified as an acne expert with Face Reality and this became a huge pivotal moment in the growth that is now CC Skin. Treating acne became a massive passion and the majority of what CC Skin specializes in to this day.

During these two years CC Skin grew so much faster than she could have ever imagined. Cecia became an Ambassador for Face Reality, outgrew two locations in a years time, spoke multiple times at large industry conferences, started a podcast, and hired her first employee! CC Skin continues to grow as a leading provider in corrective acne services in the east valley.
